Multiple options for submit buttons

Hi,

I am building a service request form, and the first question is " Do you give your consent for the information you provide in this form to be processed"? "Yes" or "No". I have set up conditional logic so that if they select "No" they will go to the end of the form, and if they select "Yes" they will move to section 2 to fill in the form. The problem I have is this. If they select "No" and go to the end of the form, I would like the submit button to display " sorry, this form cannot be processed as you have not given your consent", and to be redirected to my "Help" page. But if they have selected "Yes" and filled in the form I want the submit button to say " Thanks, your form has been submitted" and then close the form. But there doesn't seem to be any options to do this. These options are available in Microsoft & Google forms. Am I missing something? Hope you can help.

 The problem I have is this. If they select "No" and go to the end of the form, I would like the submit button to display " sorry, this form cannot be processed as you have not given your consent", and to be redirected to my "Help" page. 

You may redirect user to a different page. See guide below to know how.

However, I would suggest that you show the message "sorry, this form cannot be processed as you have not given your consent" along with the link to your help page and hide the submit button instead.

Once submitted, your form will be redirected to a thank you page. You may edit your thank you page message to your liking.
