    I got a new computer so I cannot find my login credentials therefore I don't how to log in to my account and my templates.

    If you have access to the email address that is linked to the account you may perform a password reset to establish a new password for your account.

    I did not receive an email from you. And I do see a login to click on.

    May ask that you try to log in to your account from our login page, please?

    The option to reset your account password is available on our login page.

    When I use your login page as instructed above, sign in does not show - please see below.

    As you can see - sign in is not there. What I do that is wrong?

    Based on the screenshot you shared, it appears that you are already logged into your account.

    You are also replying to this ticket while logged into your account.

    You can try to clear your web browser's cache or use a nother browser and try to log in to your account.

    I chose Chrome as a new browser and cleared its cache but I still cannot access my account. The reason I say I can't see my account - there aren't any forms in the account and I know the last time I used it I know there were templates that I created.

    Just to clarify, do you know the email address or username of your previous JotForm account?

    If yes, please reset your password.

    How-to-reset-the-password

    Note that the reset password option is only available if you are not logged.

    As such, if you wish to reset your password, please log out of your account first by hovering your avatar on the upper right side then click Logout just like in the screenshot below then follow the guide shared above:

    If not, please share the URL of one of your forms. If it is embedded in your website, please share the exact URL where the form is embedded so we can trace your account.

    I did as you suggested. It appears that I am still not signed out. I log out but it appears that am still logged in. I can't send you one of my form URL because I lost everything when I start using my new computer. Isn't there any way you can retrieve my templates? You can see that I have an account and I have been paying monthly for it.

    The account you are contacting us from has a free subscription and it is possible that the account you are trying to access and where the form you are referring to is under is a different account.

    If there is an email notification set up on your form, may we know the email address you have set as the recipient of that email notification, please? Note: It is the email address where you receive your form submissions.

    I think I have finally discovered the email address where the forms were sent. See above.

    I found 6 forms (submissions) under this account but I cannot access them.

    The username of the account the form in your screenshot is under is timcoulter62.

    If you know the email address linked to that account, you can either use the email address or that username to request a password reset instructions.
