Some Form fillers report having issues

Hi there,

I sent a series of forms out as a survey and folks are telling me they have issues. I sent these links:

• establishing my business (legal) ⚖️    
• growing my business (funds) 💰  
• protecting my business (insurances) ☔️  
• health insurance ⛑  
• retirement 🏝 
• taxes 🇺🇸  
• cash flow management 💸  

And below are some screenshots of complaints. I don’t seem to have problem trying it on my iPhone safari and chrome and on my MacBook. Help please?

I've checked these forms and found that it doesn't collect the email of the users so it won't send any response email to the form users, you can add an email field and setup an Autoresponder email for your forms by following this guide.

I also made a test submission on a cloned version of your form Topic Deep Dive: Taxes and it was a successful entry.

As a double check I've cleared the cache of your forms on our servers, you can always perform this action from your side by following this guide.
