over the limit on free

    I have an over the limit even after deleting all the extras taking up space and I can't access the jot form on my website any more.

    I've checked your account and it's currently active and in a good standing, you can always monitor your account's usage from the settings of your account, please check the below guide for more details.

    Understanding Your Account Usage and Limits

    When you delete submissions to free out some of the used storage size, you will need to clear your Trashed Entries folder also so this action will reflect into the actual used storage size, please check this guide for more details.

    I see that my account is in good standing order. I cleared out all my cookies and there is a page that pops up and shows that I’m still over my quota.
