Form shakes attached to a text message

    The form shakes when I attached the URL address to a text message.

    Could it be the fake snow? I do not know how to take off the snow on the form.

    We will be glad to help you with your concern. To my understanding, the issue you are reporting happens when you share the link to your form as a text message along with some other text, is that correct?

    Is the issue happening when you share just the link to your form?

    Would it be possible for you to share with us a screenshot or screen recording of the issue you are having?

    To my understanding, the issue you are reporting happens when you share the link to your form as a text message along with some other text, is that correct? YES

    Is the issue happening when you share just the link to your form? YES

    The form shakes when you chick on the link on the phone text section and you see the form.

    Is it possible it could be the snow movement on the form?

    How do you do a screen recording from the phone. It only happens in a text not in an email.

    I will send the form again.

    How do you take off the background snow off. I think that is the problem.

    Hi there,

    This appears to be a default setting in the theme that you are using. The only way that I can see to remove the snow is to change the theme. However, changing the theme may remove the other customizations you have in the form.

    So I would suggest that you create a clone of your form first and then change the theme in it so you can copy all the styling settings in it.
