Looks like you have reached the upload limit of 100MB and you have 131MB uploads right now. You have to download and delete some submissions to free up space or you can upgrade your account: https://www.jotform.com/pricing/

I got to review your account using the email info@vendetumanzana.com. Account is showing to be active and I can also see a form in your account.
Please try logging out and logging back in to your account and let us know if the issue is rectified.
