Move Form and Data Table to new account

I am trying to move the HIPAA form and data from info@tepcharter.org account

Form + Data for: "The Equity Project Charter School - Covid-19 Vaccination Status" 169 submissions, and should be a favorited form

Into HR@tepcharter.org account!

Due to HIPAA compliance, forms in the HIPAA-enabled account can not be transferred to another account. This is only possible when HIPAA is disabled, which is not recommended as it involves data decryption and that is a complicated process.

However, you can clone the form into your HIPAA-enabled account following the guide below.

After cloning, you can export exiting submissions from the original form to the cloned one following the guide below.

If you still want to transfer your forms, the only option available to solve this problem is to disable HIPAA in your account. Once HIPAA is disabled in your account, we will transfer the forms to another account. After the forms are transferred, you can then upgrade your account again to HIPAA compliance. You can disable HIPAA from your account data page: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/data

I have tried to make a copy of the form using the exisiting url and it is giving me a difficult time doing so. A "you are unauthorized to do so" message keeps comes up, the form is also a HIPAA form, could this be the reason why? Is there another way to duplicate this form to the new hr@tepcharter.org account?
