Does your system scan each file for virus before downloading

We require documents to be downloaded, does your system scan each file for virus before downloading. Our issues are, hackers could fill out a fake form, include a backdoor or ransomware files to be downloaded by the clerk. The clerk opens the file (ducument) , it attacks our network. Would like the file to be scanned ny Jotforms or relocated to another area for scanning.

Please note that the files are not scanned when it is uploaded, but our servers are protected with security software, which will reject such file uploads. 

Such malicious files are actually in executable files and they are not allowed by our file upload field. Please note that you can specify which types of files you want to allow users to upload in form and the following guide should help you:
