404 error when form is redirected to web page

    I get my data, but customer gets a 404 error page instead of my “thank you Page”

    I have checked your form and it seems your thank you page is redirected to your web page.

    However, your thank you page returns a 404 error.

    Please check the redirect link of your thank you page again .

    This has worked perfectly for years – I’m not sure why it suddenly doesn’t work – however, I did find a fix.
    The redirect link,
    “http://kengrossproductions.com/thankyoupage.html”
    should be changed to
    “https://a-1musicandkengrossorchestras.com/thankyoupage.html”
    HOW CAN I DO THAT?
    I don’t know how to edit my jotform – I don’t even know how to login to jotform.

    The form on the page you have provided is located on the account with the username kengross. You need to log in to this account to access your form. Email related to this account is k*n@k*****s*****e*****.com.

    If you forgot your password, you can reset it from the login page.

    Please send me a link to login to my account… So far, where I have tried to login I only see that I have “no forms”

    You may login using the username kengross however, if you have forgotten your account password, you can reset it by following this guide:https://www.jotform.com/help/489-how-to-reset-jotform-account-password/

    The reset password email would be sent to the account email address which is k*n@k*****s*****e*****.com
