Our form Alta Persona Fisica is not sending emails consistently since yesterday

    Hi, we're not receiving all emails for submissions of our "Alta Persona Física". Yesterday 2 were missing. From the last five submissions, we received just 1 email. This is a new problem. We haven't changed any configs.

    I just added another notification email for testing, hoping that at least 1 of the 2 notification emails will get to us.

    As a test, I tried to add my email address to the Notification email recipients list, and upon making a test submission, I regularly received the email:


    You may need your email service provider to whitelist Jotform domains as explained in this guide:

    As a test, you could try to add a Gmail email address to your Notification email recipients list, and see if you receive the email there.

    If the problem occurs only for your company domain email addresses, you can try to set up SMTP on your form:
