ERROR: "3D authentication hasn't confirmed" - when trying to checkout with the "Debit or Credit Card" option of the PayPal Business element.

I keep getting this error when trying to checkout with the "Debit or Credit Card" option of the PayPal Business element:

3D authentication hasn't confirmed.

Is there any way to resolve this so that visitors to my form can use their debit or credit card to checkout and make a payment?

The error appears to be related to the 3D secure authentication. If the card is enrolled for the 3D secure, the customer is supposed to be prompted by their card issuing bank to complete an additional verification step to authenticate/confirm the payment. So the payment will not be processed if not confirmed.

This is the same reply that Jotform has to a similar issue in another thread, however, this does not solve the problem. I've tried several different cards from several different issuing banks, and I get the same error. One of the cards I am certain DOES NOT have 3D secure authentication, but it still throws the same error.

Can you please help further?

It seems you have enabled the 3D secure authentication in your payment gateway settings. Please turn off the 3D secure authentication and try again and if this doesn't work try changing the payment gateway of your form.

Thanks Prajwal_P for the reply, however, I'm using the "PayPal Business" element which does not give you the option to enable/disable 3D secure authentication.
