Hello,
Please check your email settings and update the password. You can also remove it if you want to skip the password on your PDF.
You can also try using a simple password like "Myjotform2021" and see if the issue still persists.
You can also remove the password in the PDF document or use a simple password for testing purposes only:

I did the first - however the password is not working.

Here - it will not save the PDF password - and it keeps changing the character count when I save and open it back again.

Hi,
On this form (https://www.jotform.com/form/213195042917152), I updated the password using 12345. Could you please submit a test submission to that form (https://www.jotform.com/form/213195042917152) and try opening the PDF using the password I created?
You can change it back to your password after testing it. We'll wait for your response.
