how do i call a lightbox pop up form hosted locally

i have also downloaded the source code and hosted it on my local pc.

am trying to call this locally hosted form in the light-box pop up

the light box displays but the form doesn't appear.

I would like to clarify further by asking you if you are using localhost at the same time using 3rd party publishing platforms? If so, what platform are you using? 

Can you try using an iFrame instead? Here's how:

1. Click PUBLISH at the top of your Form Builder.

2. Go to the EMBED.

3. Select the IFRAME embed option.

4. Lastly, click the COPY CODE button to copy the codes.

am not using any 3rd party publishing platforms.

the best solution is lightbox than iframes, it will be really god if there is a way i can achieve it using light box
