Payment form on thankyou page

Hey guys,

On the form thankyou page: https://share.getcloudapp.com/04uLbk8w

Is it possible somehow to add payment form or a way for someone to pay if they want to upgrade their submissions? e.g. we want to have a skip the queue payment option after they submit.

Thank you for reaching out to Jotform. This can be done using the Conditions feature and 2 forms should be created. Below is a step-by-step guide explaining how to do this:

1. In the Form Builder mode, drag and drop the Single Choice element:
2. Then, create a form just for the payment step.
3. Click the Add A Form Element button.
4. Select the Payment method. Payment method can be selected as desired:
5. Next, in the main form, click Settings.
6. In the Settings menu, select Conditions.
7. Select Change Thank You Page:
8. In the If field, select the Single Choice field.
9. In the State field, select the Is Equal To option.
10. In the Value field, select the option that is going to redirect your users to the Payment form. In this case, the Yes option.
11. In the Do section, select the Redirect To URL After Submission option.
12. In the URL section, paste the payment form's link:

These steps will allow your users to see the payment step depending on their answers.

Thanks for that, so that solution seems to be adding an additional field on the form, i really wanted it on the thankyou page as an option (do you want to upgrade your submission), is this possible?
