    Hey there,

First of all, please keep in mind that you can integrate Google Sheets directly to your form

    Here's an article on that

    https://www.jotform.com/help/228-how-to-integrate-forms-with-google-sheets/

    Regarding Zapier,

If you still want to use that feature,

Can you please remove and re-integrate Zapier?

Here's an article on how to correctly integrate Zapier with Jotform

    https://zapier.com/apps/jotform/help

Please let us know if you need any further assistance,

    Thank you

Also, please have a look at the following article on how to integrate

    Greetings.

Can you please let us know have you created your Zap from Jotform? If you did, can you please try to remove the integration from the form builder, and create a new Zap directly from your Zapier account?

If you are still having problems, please let us know.

    Thank you for your cooperation.

    Hi,

I have tested the Zap Integration between JotForm and Excel, and I was able to set up the integration successfully.

Please note that when you link Excel fields in JotForm's, a list of available fields will be shown in the dropdown:

Could you please confirm if this dropdown is showing on your end?

We look forward to your response.

May we know what field COL$A is in your excel?

Is it a column or calculation column?

Have you tried leaving the column COL$A blank?

You can try selecting all three options.

    Looking forward to your response.
