Would it be possible to somehow format for if 2 or 3 product being requested?

Example: Someone needs an Auto and Home insurance quote from our office. If they select the Auto and Home icons, they then are moved to the Auto page to complete, then to Home, then skip business and go to final screen.

Is formatting available to accomplish that?

    Hello kevinallred,

Thank you for reaching out to Jotform support!

Example: Someone needs an Auto and Home insurance quote from our office. If they select the Auto and Home icons, they then are moved to the Auto page to complete, then to Home, then skip business and go to final screen.

You can use conditional logic to show/hide fields based on the user's answers. A user checks the box for Home and/or Auto and it will show the insurance form fields accordingly. If the user doesn't select one of the options it will simply hide those fields.

Check out this quick and easy page on how to show or hide a field based on the user's answer.

I also recommend checking out this page on how to hide or show multiple fields at once.

Please let us know if you have any questions.

    Hi Carl,

Thanks for the reply and information. I'm still struggling trying to figure out how to set the proper conditions to not conflict with what I currently have set up. I've attached a screen shot of how I have things configured now for the 3 product lines that can be selected on the first page of the form: Auto, Home, Or Business. My current configuration allows 1 product line to be selected and then it hides all other pages irrelevant to that product line.

How can I add to these conditions so that when more than one product line is selected, it still functions properly but now shows both or all 3 product lines depending on initial selection?

    Thanks!1642024275 61df4d539181d ProductLines Screenshot 101642024288 61df4d60a4535 JotFormConditio Screenshot 21

Thanks Cecile, and if it's not possible or too complex and will cause issues- then no worries and I can just have the form left as it is.
