View Auto Responses

    Hi. I'm looking at the Inbox and see all the inbound inquiries. Is there any way to view the actual auto responses sent to users?

    Hi Owen,

    Good day! I hope you are safe and well. Let me help you with your inquiry about how to view the actual auto-responses sent to users.

    First, make sure you’re logged in. On the My Forms page, click your avatar at the top right-hand corner. Select Settings from the menu then click History on the left nav. Please make sure to filter actions by emails.

    OK thanks. So just to confirm, there's no way to see the actual auto reply sent to the user?

    Hello Owen,

    If you have set up an Autoresponder email, you will be able to view or personalize it in the "Email" section of your form.

    Just click Settings at the top of the Form Builder then click Emails on the left panel.

    You will then see your existing email alerts where you can edit/delete them when you hover your mouse.

    Hello Owen,

    Can you please confirm if it's the Autoresponse email template you are referring to or the Autoresponse email that was sent to the person who completed the form? either way, the instructions provide above should help you on both.

    Though if you are referring to something else, kindly please provide us with more details.
