There are a couple of ways to create an app. Please follow down the instructions shared below to create an app from Form Builder.

In the Publish tab of the Form Builder, there’s a Create App section where you can quickly create a new app using the active form.

It’s possible to create multiple apps with one form. This section shows the apps that contain the active form and gives you the option to create a new app.

Please follow down the steps shared below to create an app from My Forms:

1. Go to the My Forms page.
2. Select the form.
3. Expand the Apps menu.
4. Click on the Create New App button.

Alternatively, you can use the Create an App option under the Publish section of the form’s More menu.

Additional options will be shown if there are any apps that contain the selected form.

Since Jotform’s apps can contain multiple forms, it’s possible to select multiple forms on the My Forms page and create a new app that contains the selected forms. Just click on the Create a New App button in the toolbar at the top of the page after selecting the forms you want to include.

My Apps page is where all of your apps are listed. App owners can take various actions on the My Apps page, such as viewing, editing, deleting, renaming, and sharing apps.

You can access the My Apps page using the quick access menu found in the upper left corner of the My Forms page.

To create an app, go to the My Apps page, and click on the Create App button.
