I am building a teacher request form that spans 4 different schools. There will be a questions asking the teacher to select which school they are from. Based on the answer to that question, the approval request should be routed to the selected schools principal's email address. How would I set up the workflow so I could trigger the approval email to the right principal based on the answer to that question?
2nd question, I know the approver gets the email with the information listed in the form. Can the form print out in .pdf as well?Thanks for your help. I am new to all this.Kristina

Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can allow four different schools to be approvers by making an approval flow by using Split and Merge Branches elements to branch and connect them. Please see below reference:
Please make sure to set the settings of the Approve Merge Element to ANY and set the Deny Merge Element to ALL.
