Form link not working on Facebook

Shelley UrbanAsked on April 06, 2022 at 11:58 AMWhen I get to Step 4 - click the add to Facebook button. It's doesn't work. I've tried clicking all over that button and nothing happens. I don't understand what I'm doing wrong. please help

May we know if you already reached 2,000 followers on your Facebook page? it is Facebook's policy to have at least 2,000 fans or likes in order to add a contact form on your FB page.
Here is how to add a Contact Form to your FB page.
After you have created your form in the Form Builder, follow these steps:
- Click Publish in the top menu.
- Click Platforms in the left menu.
- Select Facebook.

We checked your account to check the form you created and also want to clone to replicate the issue, however, we have seen other forms. May we know the URL of the specific form you are having issues with? Please click on the link to know Where to Find the URL of Your Forms.
You may also consider removing the Facebook and re-add after. We are awaiting to your reply and looking forward on assisting you further.

Got it now and let me confirm this to our support if there will be no problem to have two Jotform linked to a Facebook page. Since you have mentioned that the first form did not have a problem like on this second form. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

If you would like to add multiple forms to a single Facebook page, you can use an additional App. For example, you can try with a 'Static HTML: iframe tabs' App. Kindly follow the next guide to find out the step by step instructions: Adding Form to Facebook (Custom iFrame App)
