Hi,
I have a form working in magento 1.4, however am rebuilding the site in newer version of magento 1.9 and the same form will not show up after embedding, is there a different way to do this for later version of magento?
Thank you
Neil.

I will run some tests with other embedding methods to see they work and will get back to you later.
If you need further support please let us know.
Thank you

Try using our iframe embed method: http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code
Also, make sure that you embed the form securely: http://www.jotform.com/help/63-How-can-I-receive-SSL-Submissions. Otherwise, you'll receive a security warning and the form won't be visible to the page if you don't accept or manually load the non-secure form.
Thanks

Hi Welvin,
I think my issue was embedding the form in as non-secure.
This now works as a secure form using the normal embed method.
Thanks,
Neil.

Thanks for this update, Neil. It's good to know as well you were able to resolve the issue.
Yes, if you are running your website on SSL, the content sources should be using SSL as well. Otherwise, you will be greeted with warnings and/or errors.
Should you have further questions or concerns, please do let us know. We'll be more than happy to assist.
Thanks.
