PDF Templates: Clicking "Use Template" does nothing

    Hi! I am trying to use templates and it only allows for preview. Are there only certain templates available?

    Thanks for reaching out to JotForm Support. Our PDF templates are all free to use. Please make sure that you're logged in to your account for you to see the "Use Template" button.

    Thank you. I am logged in and when I click on "use template" button, it does not open up. Any suggestions? We have the paid plan.

    Thanks for getting back to us. As we're unable to replicate the issue, would it be possible for you to record a short screen recording for us to see the problem from your perspective? You can upload it to Google Drive or any other cloud storage solution and share the link here for us to see.

    Also, kindly share the console error logs after clicking the "Use Template" button. Perhaps we can see some clues there. Here's how-to-get-a-console-report-from-most-common-browsers.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.
