Can I add additional checkebox in the form table to tick mark any the person sees the previous day record?

Is there a way from a table:Interact with the table? Could I insert a check box or status box next to each cell in a table so I physician could mark off that they've read yesterday's note?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, it is possible to add the additional checkbox in the form table and it would not get reflected in the form. Columns added manually in the Form table will not show on the form. Let me show you how to do that:

• In the form table, click on the ADD Option, present at the end of all the columns.
• Select the Single choice column.
• Add the name of the column and click on Next button.
• Add choices to be shown in the column and click on Create Column Button.
