How to share permission with Approval Workflow?

Hi there,

How do I allow someone to have access to the workflow for the RxO Escalation Tool? Below is a screenshot of the message they are receiving when trying to access the workflow. Where does the approval email go when they request access? I did not get a notification.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. To confirm, are you assigning the form for their approval? Or are you sharing the approval flow for them to edit? If so, please note that the Approval workflow can only be edited/updated by the account admin.

Did you assign someone as an approver and would like for them to leave a comment for the submissions? If so, they need to be logged in to the account you have invited them with.

If you'd like to invite them as a responder to your form, you can share your form's publish link from the form builder. If you can share the link to your form, I can check it out and see what’s going on. Additionally, it would help us to understand what’s happening if you could take a screenshot of your approval flow and send it to us. We have a guide here explaining how to do that.
