How to create multiple payments in registration form?

    I am creating a vendor registration form. I want them to be able to select the item(s) they are registering for (which needs multiple options) then select payment type credit card or mail check.  If mail check option is selected a box pops up that gives our mailing address and confirms the application is not official until check is received. If credit card option is selected then the authorize widget pops up.

    This is for Authorize.net.  When I tried to use the help method outlined I couldn't figure it out.  Sorry.

     I followed the steps and when I got to the imbedded part it wanted a URL which I had no clue what to do with it.  I even tried using the purchase order option and it told me to delete a payment method.

    That is actually the same, the guide is just using Paypal. You can do the same using any and/or like authorize.net.
