Multiple Custom Domains with an Enterprise account?

Can you have multiple custom domains when you have Enterprise, or just one? In other words, if we have Enterprise, can we link our client's custom domains for the forms we create for them, or only for our own forms?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It's possible to create multiple domains as long as you're able to modify the CNAME records for each domain. Thanks for your feedback. And this is only possible with Jotform Enterprise? Please send me the price again for Enterprise. I can't remember how much it was, but I remember it was a lot. We wouldn't need all the features of Enterprise, just the custom domain functionality. I wish you had an option for just that in your pricing. Thanks, I read through the FAQ too, but can't find my answer.

I see on the pricing page the following:

• Jotform Enterprise is billed annually. The base package is $199/month in addition to user fees.

Does that mean on top of the minimum 5 users per annum, which is $4740, there is also $2388 payable? So that means the minimum annual cost is $7128?
