I was still having the wrong paypal window, but in the meantime I was fixing other issue which "return URL" and found this thread.
    http://www.jotform.com/answers/116012-Paypal-Return-URL-Points-to-Jotform-instead-of-my-Website-PayPal-Pro-Cancel_Return-URL

I added the CSS and suddenly my "paypal different window" was fixed! but the "return and cancel" link on paypal is still there....It seems so strange.... I typed the code to fix "return URL" but it fixed other issue, but the return URL is still there...

    Hello artsustudios,

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly on "paypal different window" but it seems you have fixed it already.

Coming back to your question of return URL, can you please explain your issue a bit more in details? When you say the return URL, do you mean to say after successful payment or when user cancels the payment from PayPal page?

Please ensure that you have "Auto-Return" is enabled in your PayPal account? Here are the steps you should follow:

1.Log in to your Paypal Account

    2.Select "Edit Profile"

    3.Under "Selling Preferences"

    4.Select "Website Payment Preferences"

5.Note first option - Select "On" - Auto Return for Website Payments

6.Enter the Return URL where you want your user to be redirected after successful payment.

    7.Click "Save."

We will wait for our response.

    Thank you!

No, I didn't fix it yet. It was bug. in a few seconds, turn it back even the CSS is gone.
What I mean, after submit JotForm button, took me paypal payment window. You'll see return/cancel URL part in footer. When I clicked, just turn back to Jotform page. Even not my main home page.

Yes, the "auto return" section in paypal already I've done long time ago before I got Jotform.
What I know, (I've searched all other thread, you can search easy, just type "return cancel URL paypal") it's impossible to change because Jotform over righter paypal API code, so it doesn't matter we set auto return URL or not. But I believe has to be something to control.... or wish...

I want to simply hide the URL OR change the URL to my main domain at least.

    Hi,

What I mean, after submit JotForm button, took me paypal payment window. You'll see return/cancel URL part in footer. When I clicked, just turn back to Jotform page. Even not my main home page.

To clarify, the correct behavior of the paypal form when submitted is to redirect to the paypal screen/window.

You'll see return/cancel URL part in footer.

I think what you were referring to here was on the paypal screen and not on the form. So, if you indeed use that cancel URL, the link will redirect you to JotForm.

I want to simply hide the URL OR change the URL to my main domain at least.

You cannot do this because that URL link was on the Paypal page side.

BUT is the form embedded on a website?

I think if its embedded on a website, then when you cancel it in Paypal, it will return to the website where the form is.. and not the JotForm website.

I hope I was able to answer our question correctly.

Inform us if there is more we can assist you with.

    Thanks.
