    how do I create a pdf from template

    Hello Crystal,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, that can be achieved. Let us walk you through it:

    • Open your Template and click on Use Template1656865281 62c1c2019dc96 use template Screenshot 10
    • Click on the Publish tab

    and the " generating a custom proposal WRONG document associated "certificate" !!! I need a phone call...

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, we do not provide assistance over the phone; however, you can post any question on our forum. In my previous post since you did not specify which template, we use a regular template as an example. To avoid confusion, could you please share a link or a screenshot of the template that you are using? What exactly do you mean by “Template not activated”. Could you please share a screenshot with us of the error that you received?

    We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. I've tested the Use Template button for the template in your last response: https://www.jotform.com/pdf-templates/mobile-app-development-proposal-template with no issues at all as shown below.

    4. select - mobile proposal
    5. USE Template NOTHING HAPPENS


    doesn't create the template to start to edit - Not working

    Hi Crystal,

    Thanks for getting back to us. Please follow the steps and the screencast I provided for you:

    1. On the Jotform homepage and hover your mouse pointer on the Templates and select PDF Templates.
    2. You will need to type in the search box the name of the template that you want to use.
    3. Click on Preview Template then Use Template.
    4. The PDF Editor will open after you choose the PDF Template.

    I suggest you perform the clear cache and cookies on the browser that you are using most of the time. You may also try to use other browsers and devices if they will give you the same result.
