Issues logging in, staying logged in, and navigating through Jotform.

    Since yesterday, Jotform isn't functioning well

    it works very slow to impossible, everything is stuck.

    and it logs me out from the user every ~10 min

    I've tried to connect from incognito and got "there was an error. please try again later"

    tried again after an hour

    -- I'm working from chrome

    -- I'm login with Google account

    can you check what is wrong please ?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I could not find any account using the email you're currently using; could you please share either the username or the associated email address with the account you're having issues with?

    I am having issues with Jotform since last night. I need to update my payment method, have reset my password, but nothing helps. I used Chrome regular and incognitotab, safari, and multiple devices. 1657121103_62c5a94fd7cf2_IMG_3284.jpeg

    May we suggest that you try accessing your account again after you have logged in to your account on a different network connection. If the issue persists, may we suggest that you open the console of your web browser to check for any errors, please?
