Problem uploading file as part of form

Got this from a coach filling out a season preview form.

"I used the online form, but when I got to the final information page, the submit button appeared to be disabled and stuck on please wait. I'm guessing it was because the file I was trying to load was just spinning. I canceled that and the button to submit never came back. Regardless I used the Print button to get a copy and I have scanned and am attaching it here."

Is there a way to avoid having this happen in future?

    Hi,

Using Multi Upload field, you have to let the uploaded file to reach 100% before you can submit the form. "Please wait".. text is normal when the file is still loaded or uploaded to the field. When you cancel the upload process, the please wait text should disappear and normal submit button text is visible and you should be able to submit the form.

Did you embed this form to a website? Can we have the link please? We'll check it for you and look for the possible cause. Sometimes, a conflict between scripts is causing this, and you can fix that by re-embedding your form using our iFrame method: http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code.

    Thank you!

The form is linked from here:

    http://go.madison.com/coachzone

It's the GIRLS VOLLEYBALL one in this case, although all of them have this feature

Also, I think the issue was that the upload was hung, and when user tried to move ahead anyway, the ability to send, or the data, was lost.

    Thanks for your quick response.

You are using the form direct URL so there should be NO problem on that. The file upload should prompt a warning if the file type is not allowed or the upload process was interrupted or the size is bigger than the allowed limit.

Do you receive multiple reports about the same issue? I would advise monitoring your form submissions for a day and check if some users would report the same. You could be right about the file upload had stop working for some reason.

I have cleared your forms cache, this should help.

    Thank you!
