    Hello Kimberly,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you wish to display your products on the form but don't need Square payment integration, let me show you how to set that up:

    1. Click on the Add Form Element + button.
    2. Under the Basic tab, click on or drag Product List to the form. 1658474112 62da4e80b8d82 4194714 Screenshot 10

On the other hand, if you have a Product List on your form that's already integrated with Square, you switch to another payment gateway if you don't prefer Square; you can switch the payment gateway to Purchase Order if you need no payment method at all, here's how to do it:

    1. Click on the Add Form Element + button.
    2. Go to the Payments tab, then click on three dots beside Square.
    3. Select Switch to Another Gateway.
    4. Click on the gateway you want to use, then on the Use Selection button.
    5. Click on the Ok button.
    6. Authenticate/Login to the selected method's account if Purchase Order isn't selected. 1658474963 62da51d3d2c55 Square Screenshot 21

If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better?

I need to integrate a form with Square that has nothing to do with pricing, collecting money, a purchase order, a credit card or currency of any kind. This is a form for when customers bring in their own items (sport shirts, for example) to be embroidered and I need to inventory those items, have them sign off on dropping those items off, receive an email of what they dropped off and when, and that is it. At this point in the process, no money is exchanging hands and I am not collecting credit card information. I need for this to be a quick, simply, easy form that they can sign quickly and be on their way. How can I integrate a form such as this with Square?

    Hello Adams_Alice,

Thanks for getting back to us and explaining what you're trying to achieve. Square's Basic Inventory Management feature appears to be automatically updated based on sales from the Square app, Square Invoices, and sales from online stores; however, I cloned your form and tested his feature, and found that only paid items reflect in Square to be counted in the inventory. Since your use case does not require collecting payment, I'm afraid Square integration will not work for you.

I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developer Team. When or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

In the meantime, it is still possible to track the inventory of items coming in through Jotform's Submission Table; if you wish to easily check the number per item in your Check Item field, you can group the Check Item column in the Submission Table, let me show you how:

    1. Click on the Down Arrow right beside Check Item.
    2. Click on Group By option. 1660702289 62fc4e511660e Embroidery Screenshot 10

So instead of integrating this form with Square, we could just put it on an iPad, have the customer sign it and it would then automatically be emailed to them, correct?

    Hello Adams_Alice,

As there is no need for payment, you can simply provide your form to the customers and keep track of the inventory from the Jotform Tables as suggested by my colleague. Jotform offers several reports that you can use to see the latest updates from your customers in one place. We have a guide to help you learn How to Create Form Reports in Jotform

As for the Automatic email, you'll simply need to set up an Autoresponder Email on your form.
