I understand that you are experiencing an issue with receiving notifications from the form. As I checked your form and email history, it seems to be working fine. Please see the screenshot of email history of recent submissions :
You can check your email history from your account by following the guide How-to-view-all-your-form-Email-History that has step by step instructions along with graphical illustrations. I would also request you to go through the guide on setting up-email-alerts-to-prevent-email-bouncing-related-issues.
