Breakdown in the forwarding of orders

    Our order form is not being forwarded to us - recent problem after 90 + orders in the past year

    I understand that you are experiencing an issue with receiving notifications from the form. As I checked your form and email history, it seems to be working fine. Please see the screenshot of email history of recent submissions :

    You can check your email history from your account by following the guide How-to-view-all-your-form-Email-History that has step by step instructions along with graphical illustrations. I would also request you to go through the guide on setting up-email-alerts-to-prevent-email-bouncing-related-issues.

    Also, I see that you are collecting credit card information through the form which is not allowed and considered as phishing activity. This is against to our terms of use. The DSS/PCI certified services are only allowed to collect CC information. Request you to remove this field immediately from the form and you may use any of our payment integrations.
