Import Form: how to import Excel spread sheet

 please assist 

I am trying to import my working excel spread sheet in to a jot form , what are the steps. Please assist urgent!

Thank you for contacting Jotform Support. Allow me to inform you that while it is possible to import your Excel data to your Form, we have a guide on how to do that here. Or import Excel data to Jotform. This guide will show you how to do that. It is however not currently possible to convert Excel format to a Form.
