Can I upload my created coupon and give different coupon code to different users?

Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you're using the payment field with the sell products option then it's not possible to import your coupon codes. There is a workaround in case you're using the user defined amount or collect donations as payment methods; just use the spreadsheet to form widget to pull the discount according to the coupon used. This allows you to upload the spreadsheet and based on that you can use a calculation to calculate the discount. You can refer to this guide on how to pass a calculation to a payment field.

To answer your second question, coupons for the payment tool can only be created manually and only one coupon code can be applied. You can take a look at this guide on how-to-add-coupon-code-to-payment-forms.
