    Do we have an update on this? We use Google Workspace so can't enable it.

    Hello Emma,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you having issues with your SMTP? Business emails from Google Workspace should still work using the default Gmail SMTP relay. If you could take a screenshot of the issues that you are getting, this will help us better understand the issue. We have a guide here explaining how to do that.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.
