Direct form submission to my email account after the submit button is clicked.

    how do i set it up so when they click on my submit buttons it directs to my email account?  

    also is it possible to keep the submit button on the same line as another box so the form can be only one line?

    On regards of your first question, if your are trying to  get your submission notifications after an individual submits the form, please see this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications

    If what your are trying to do, is to redirect to another page URL after an individual hist the submit button, please see guide guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/38-Redirecting-Users-to-a-Different-Page
