Oh wow I am not sure why all of a sudden I cannot see my products now when
I log in I’m not sure if this happened after the clone but a bunch of my
product are missing but the confusing part is that when others use the link
that I give, they are able to see all of the products that I have previous
listed I have attached the screenshot

Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, we have not received the screenshot. Here is a guide on how to do that. I did a test with regard to the products disappearing from the product list widget and both the form builder and published link show the same products. Here is the result of my test on the form builder:

Do others have access to your account or is the form shared with a collaborator?

No, no one else has access and I am really upset the form is all messed up now and I had everything organized just as I wanted it and it didn’t seem like it messed up until you guys cloned it and when I try to edit one item it selects all of the items at once and when one item is clicked on to place an order it comes back to me as the apple cider so for some reason all items are now under the apple cider for some reason this is so frustrating

I'm sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused you. I have checked your form and can see same product list in the Form Builder and in the View mode. See the screencast showing my results below:
Can you please share a screen recording showing what exact steps you are taking to replicate the issue on your end so that we can look into it further?
As an additional measure, I have cleared the form cache for you to avoid any temporary cache issue so can you please try again and see if this makes any difference?

Hello blingmeout415,
Thanks for getting back to us. Cloning a form doesn't do anything to the original form other than duplicate it. When I checked your form, I've seen that Bling & Hennessy has the Name and Description for Merlot or Chardonnay. You can change this by following the guide below:
- In your Form Builder click on your Product List field.
- Click its Wand Icon.
- Hover on the product in question and click its Pencil Icon.
- Change the Name and Description to your requirement.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hello blingmeout415,
Can you confirm if you're referring to the Phone Number field? as that's the one selected in your screenshot. Can you try to login to your account in incognito browser and do the changes from there? If the issue happens again, record your screen and send the screencast in your reply. I've also cleared your forms cache so check if it made any difference.

description because it is not allowing me to delete it
Also 2nd issue , please let me know how to generate an actual invoice #
here, where it doesn't just say invoicenumber in brackets as well as remove
that my products total that's in brackets

For some reason, I am unable to delete the product from my end too but I have disabled the product so it won't be visible to the customers:
For Invoice generation, I can see that you have already setup the Invoice for the products and I'm also able to generate an Invoice number when I submitted the form. See my test results:
Can you please explain a bit more about the Invoice that you want to generate so that we can assist you further on this?
Once we have a better idea of what’s going on, we’ll be able to come up with a solution.

Can you please share some screenshots showing where it says invoicenumber and total in brackets so that we can look into it further and be able to assist you further on this? Are you talking about Autoresponder email that customer receive after submission of the form?
Once we have a better idea of what’s going on, we’ll be able to come up with a solution.

Thank you for your patience, the issue with your PDF showing the bracketed information is that the brackets made have been made before the information was added to your form, or was tied to another field that was deleted.
To edit these and make them work again:
- Go to My Forms.
- Hover on the form and click More.
- Choose Open PDF Editor (or Create PDF Document if the form doesn’t have a PDF report yet).
Once inside, remove the old fields, and re-add them:
Once this is done, everything should populate normally like you would expect. In the screenshot above I only did the invoice ID, but feel free to edit more.
