PDFs attached to emails are corrupted and won`t open

    The pdf documents are not open, it is showing as a corrupt file for all emails. Please find it as early as possible.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support and we’re sorry you’re having trouble with this. Is this happening to all of your forms or just a particular form? If so, can you share the link to your form, so I can check it out and see what’s going on? I tried cloning one of your forms and could download the PDF file without any issues. Check out the screencast below to see my results:


    As an additional measure to resolve this issue, I have cleared your form cache. If this happens to several forms could you kindly send us the ID of all the submissions affected to investigate further? Also, as a workaround, have you tried to add the PDF download link to the Notification email, as shown in the following screencast?
