    Why is my forms style/colors not updating?

    Hello Jason,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand that the style and color you've chosen don't update in your form.

    By checking on your form Marketing Intake Form, you had the following colors. The colors are matching what you have currently chosen.

    If you're changing these colors, be sure to click on the Save button to apply the changes.

    Please confirm if you click on the Save button but still won't apply the changes. Share a screenshot in your response for us to understand better what is going on. Here's our guide on How to Post Screenshots to Our Support Forum.

    Once we have a better idea of what’s going on, we’ll be able to come up with a solution.

    But why is it that when I preview the form, the button colors change and there seems to be a broken image on top of the form that I can't remove?
