Unable to locate my paid account

    i seem to be having issues locating my paid account. my employee orginally signed up under his email

    julian@cornerstonefundingofnc.com which is where i placed my payment information for the monthly cost of 39.00 the account doesnt seem to exist any longer or we cant log into it . however he seems to think the user name was changed to russell@cornerstonefundingofnc.com when i log into this account it does not show me the same things that the account i paid for showed me. how can this be fixed

At the moment, there is no account associated with julian@cornerstonefundingofnc.com. Furthermore, the email address russell@cornerstonefundingofnc.com is currently in a Free plan with no history of payment transactions.

    We can help you further if you can send us the receipt of your last payment to Jotform showing the amount, date, and transaction number. We have a guide here explaining how to send a screenshot. You may also provide us with 2 of your form URLs/submissions IDs.

    my corporate card is on file with you as you are taking a monthly fee from me either from russell@cornerstonefundingofnc.com or julian@cornerstonefundingofnc.com and if not i want the money you have taken refunded or i want my account credited for this inconvenience. please locate the account
