Hello Hoppecke USA,
Thanks for getting back to us. I'm sorry you're having difficulties with your form. It looks like the problem is not with the submission table but with how excel is removing the zero in the downloaded file. You might want to check this guide on how to prevent excel from removing the zero in your number column.
Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.

I don't think you understood my problem.
Jotform zapier to Excel, I lost the heading 0.

Hello Xiaofeng,
I have tried downloading two submissions from Jotform Table to Excel. I selected the submissions with PO numbers starting from 0. After downloading, 0s are not removed from these submissions. See the images attached:
Have you tried downloading the submissions from your Jotform Table? Can you please try downloading it as an Excel file?
Give it a try and reach out again if you have any other questions.

Thanks,
Download no problem. I understood.
I'm just using Zapier with Jotform and Excel, getting an automatic updating when we have new submission. then I lost the text with 0 heading.
hope you can understand well.

Thanks for waiting.
I did a test on my end and I was able to replicate the issue. It looks like the issue is in on Excel's side. Please change the format of your customer PO number to a Text in Excel.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Did you test Jotform data automatic transfer to Excel via Zapier? or just used excel cell format to test this?
my problem is the Zapier automation let the heading 0 disappear.

Hi Xiaofeng,
Did you test Jotform data automatic transfer to Excel via Zapier?
To confirm, yes, I tested via Zapier. It looks like Excel ignores zero if the cell is formatted as Number as zero in numbers such as 08 does not hold any value. Kindly change the cell format to Text and let us know how it works on your end.
