The jotform disappears every time I go back to the website pageAsked by emlogodesign on October 23, 2014 at 10:22 PMhowever now every time I submit
the form and go back to the page where the form is, it disappears. BOTH on
mac and pc (as the first guy told me it was a mac issue) well that is not
Sorry for the inconvenience. I was able to replicate your issue. When I submit the form, it will go to the custom URL: ( http://www.emdesignia.com/#!5-cost-saving-ideas/c1ofk ) When you hit back button it will go to the main page, but the form will disappear. I can see that you already embedded your form using Iframe method when you followed the guide on How to Add Form on Wix Site.
If you want, you can just create a different Thank You page like the Thank you message (you can edit or add links) instead of that Custom URL.
You can try re-embedding the form using this iframe set.
<iframe id="JotFormIFrame" allowtransparency="true" src="//form.jotform.us/form/42689231036152" frameborder="0" style="width: 100%; height: 390px; border: none;" scrolling="no"></iframe>
***I removed the onload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)"
Let us know if the issue is still the same. Thank you.
That did not help. And the point of the form is to take them to the thank
you page so no, I can't just change it.

I'm sorry that you're having all this issues with your form.
Upon checking your site, I noticed that the JotForm iframe is being embedded twice on your page.
Please try to remove the first iframe (IFrame_i1pr6vkk) and leave only the second one.
Also, please try to use the code suggested by Jan for the second iframe.
Also note that I've moved your autoresponder issue report to a different thread as it's not related to the topic of this one. You can find this new thread here: https://www.jotform.com/answers/449288
Please let us know if this issue persists.
