Good Day
On our form called: Online Application Form Card
We would like to know if there is a setting to limit someone from proceeding if they choose no on this step of our form? as we dont want them to fill in the rest of the form unless they choose yes.
Thank you so much

Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our conditional logic feature lets you do that. Conditional logic is an excellent tool for streamlining forms and automating data-collection. Conditional logic enables you to serve up questions, pages, or direct actions based on predefined conditions you choose. Let me walk you through enabling conditional logic on your form.
- In the form builder, click Add Form Element then add a Single Choice field. Add a Field Label and Description. Set Options to Yes and No only.
- Click the first field then you may remove the Step one field clicking the trash icon.
- After that we will add the conditional logic on the form. Click Settings
- Go to Conditions tab
- Click +Add New Condition
- Choose Show/Hide field. The Show/Hide Field shows or hides a field when the specified condition is met.
- Set up the logic based on the answer of the customer. Please see screenshot if the logic
- Click Save button to save the changes.
Here are some guides related to Show/Hide fields in the conditional that you can use:
- How to Show or Hide Fields Based on a User’s Answer
- Hide or Show Multiple Fields at Once
- Show or Hide Multiple Fields at Once Using the Form Collapse Tool
I have included here a video on how I did it on my end so that you can follow as well. Here is the link of the video. Give it a try and reach out again if you have any other questions.
