Lately, when I try to login from my iphone using Chrome, there is no link on your front page to login. There are only signup links. It is really annoying. Then I need to google search jotform login.

    Hello rhinestone,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand you are having issues logging in using Chrome in your iPhone. If you can take a screenshot of what’s happening, that will help us to better understand what’s going on. We have a guide about how to do that here.

After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

Please see this short video showing every portion of the page. Note that I don’t use Google to login, while that is the only option found.

    Hello rhinestone,

Thank you for getting back to us. I am sorry you are unable to see the login option on your iPhone when using Chrome Browser. I tested the website using my iPhone and I run into the same issue. I noticed that the Login option using a mobile phone is different from using a desktop. You can find the login option by clicking the Three Bar Icons.

It sure would be easier, if you allowed the uploading of a video. Here is a clip from the same page that you are showing me on your system had a (non google) login link.

    Hi rhinestone,

Thanks for getting back to us with additional details. I am sorry that this is happening. Rest assured, I'm here to help. You can try to upload a video using the Loom application and provide us the link or you can upload a video on your Google Drive and share us with a viewable link.

Also, have you tried clicking the X button beside the Sign in with Google to see if the login button will show?

Keep us updated and let us know if you need any more help.

You didn't look at my picture?
This is way too much work to show you something that is wrong with your website.
I don't have more time for this.

    Hello rhinestone,

I’m sorry you're having difficulties with this. Does ticking the 'x' button on the pop up google screen show the log in button?

Can you give it another try to see if this would work? If the login button still does not show, could you please tell us the device model that you are using?

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Yes, it works. It is really twisted to make Google login so prominent on every page and ignore those using normal website login.
It caused me a problem a few months ago when I clicked upgrade in an email and it automatically to me to a Google login and I purchased the upgrade for my non-existent account under my gmail address.
You guys need to relax on the Google login. It is obvious that it exists, but you should not be forcing it in front of the customer in 6 different places on every page.
The customers that suffer the most are those that have been with you for many years like me from before you offered a Google login.

    Hello rhinestone,

I understand how frustrating this is for you and I'm really sorry that this is happening. You can stop the sign-in with Google prompt on websites from your Google account settings. I found this article on How to Disable ‘Sign in with Google Account’ Pop-up on Websites that might be helpful for you.

Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.

But there are many websites that I DO use google login for. Only the older ones (like yours) that didn't offer it when I signed up do I have a website login. For this reason, anyone like me will not want to turn it off. Really, it is Jotform's showing it OVER-prominently.

    Hello rhinestone,

We're sorry that this is happening to your form. Unfortunately, every time you log in to Jotform, Google will ask you to sign in using their platform. This is to make it easier for users to log in without manually typing the email and password. Since you already have an account and don't want to use a Google account to log in, you will have to close it manually by clicking on the X (close button) as provided in the steps above.

Reach out again if you have any other questions.
