Account Status Overlimit: Form Views reached limit

    Hello. My forms have been deactivated. Will they become available again next month?

    Hello Chantille,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. After checking your account, it shows the overlimit status. This occurs when your account usage has reached its limits. As your account is on Free plan, your Form Views are limited to 1000 and it has reached its limits. However, after re-calculating your limits, it shows that your account is now active as your Form Views now shows 985/1000. On the 1st day of every month, your monthly limits will reset.
