problem with the approval flow - wrong form

I have the form https://www.jotform.com/workflow/222597471716868/build and when i'm trying the approval flow it doesn't show the right information, which is products and quantities:

1. Someone fill the form https://www.jotform.com/222597276155868

2. According to My approval flow, it supposed to send a full copy of the filled form to yamaris.aviles@scgroup.one

3. Instead, is sending a completly different email content not the form that someone filled:

I need yamaris.aviles@scgroup.one to receive a copy of the form that someone filled out

Thanks for patiently waiting. When I checked your Approval Flow, you added an Email element which sends a Notification Email to yamaris.aviles@scgroup.one whenever the form is filled. The Email Content also matches your form's fields:

As I understand, you want yamaris.aviles@scgroup.one to receive a copy of the form that someone filled out. If so, you can simply enable PDF Attachment option in the Email element. Check out the steps and screenshot below to see how it's done:

• Select the Email element and click on the Mail Icon.

1. Once in the Email settings, go to the Advanced tab.
2. Turn-on Send Submissions PDF's.
3. Select the PDF Document.
4. Click the Save button.

After you've done it, yamaris.aviles@scgroup.one should receive a copy of the form that someone filled out:
