Hello Qasir,

To add translations to your form, you need first to select your form language. Once done, please edit the translations based on the languages you prefer. See the image attached:

I already followed all the steps of the guide. Selected US as form language and translated in French but not a single field translated. I sent you the link to check the issue why this happening. Please clone and test the link if its working for the translations.

Thanks for getting back to us. I looked at your form and don't see that the language or translations have been setup. In making a clone of your form, I wasn't experiencing any issues either. Do note that other than the basic form fields you will need to translate the fields yourself.
