3. Can I send my clients a link to the survey/assessment that they can they can respond to anytime during the year? In other words, can the survey only be offered in mass or can it be offered individually?

Forms can be shared by getting the URL and sharing it with your users. You can share your form individually or in mass.

You may also use the feature Assign Forms. Using this feature, you can assign the form to your users by adding their email and send it to them through a notification email.
