I want to create form for my site and I don't know how to make form from jotfrom please anyone tell me how to creat form from jot form thanks.

This is in response to the question you raised on this ticket. When creating your first web form, you can embed it into your website to collect responses from your clients. Let me show you how it is done.

• In the navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Publish.
• In the menu that opens on the left side of the page, click on Embed.
• Choose which embed method you'd like to use and click on the Copy Code button.
• Paste the code into your web page where you would like to display it, usually somewhere in the body of the page.
