Shipping for an extra item does not combine properly. If my customer orders 2 shirts, but not the same shirts, their shipping should be $11 total. $7 for the first and $4 for the next. But I don't know how to set this up.

    Hi Mountain Chalkers Studio,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Using the Per Product Item as the charge basis for the shipping can achieve that. You can set an amount for the first item cost, then apply special pricing for the additional purchases:

But please note that shipping costs can only be added based on per product or a flat rate per order. It is currently not possible to calculate the shipping based on the quantity of two different products. One way to achieve your requirement is by using regular form fields to list the products. You can add the Form calculation widget and conditions to calculate the amount and shipping cost. You can then pass on the calculated amount to the payment tool for processing. We also have a guide to help you learn How to Pass a Calculation to a Payment Field.

Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.
